How do you ship out your products?

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Your order items will be shipped out from HQ Warehouse located at Singapore. We usually ship through DHL Shipping Services and all of our shipping fees are based on DHL Shipping Rates.

Please allow additional time for processing during major sales and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way to you. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. The estimated delivery time to United Kingdom ranges from 3 to 8 working days depending on the shipping address.

Do I need to pay for tax?

All product prices are inclusive of VAT/Duty import tax. myFirst will assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods until the customer receives them at the shipment address.
